New York Hotels, New York Review: Let’s see what’s available in America’s most popular city. Look at these hotels, you might be surprised. New York Marriott Hotel is located at Downtown 85 West Street at Albany Street in New York, New York.

This is a first hotel. The name was changed, some time ago, from New York Marriott Financial Center. It has all the normal features expected of a Marriott hotel and the prices are quite reasonable for a New York hotel. Valet parking is available, which attracts an additional fee.

Attractions include the Statue of Liberty, Little Italy, Chinatown, Greenwich Village and Soho along with the South Street Harbor and the Ellis Island Ferry and, if you want it, there’s always the New York Stock Exchange. The area has several quality places to eat, including; The Palm restaurant, which is a steakhouse; Capriani Wall Street, if Italian is more to your taste and Delmonico’s Steakhouse.

Inside the hotel you will have wired or wireless Internet access, unlimited local and long distance calls (fees may apply). Service animals are allowed, for people with recognized disabilities, but pets are not allowed.

They are also available; safe deposit boxes, turndown service, currency exchange, newspapers (can be delivered to your room upon request), a gift and newspaper stand, and room service available from 6:00 am to midnight. Nearby there are car rentals available and a beauty salon, ask at the reception. Dry cleaning and laundry services can be arranged for an additional fee.

The Roosevelt Hotel is also located in the heart of New York City. This is a well-appointed hotel that is located in the center of the city of Manhattan. The name is well known, but the prices aren’t as high as you might think, and a variety of packages are available that include admission to local attractions.

The hotel offers several different levels of accommodation, from a basic room to a full suite, but all are kept to a high standard and benefit from all the hotel facilities. Rooms benefit from: high speed internet access, HDTVs (flat screen), mp3/iPod compatible clock radios, safes and your own climate controls for your comfort.
