You can’t live long without them: air, water and food. The air is undoubtedly the most important. Life is extinguished after only a few minutes without her. The human body can survive without water for about ten days. Surprisingly, without food it can survive for more than two months, so you don’t have to panic about a few missed meals.

I don’t think we have ever appreciated the importance of water as much as we do today. Consider the number of people who carry your water everywhere. However, despite government regulations, we need to be more aware and concerned about the potential for ill health due to contaminated water supplies. It has been joked that in most parts of the country, tap water should not be used for anything except flushing toilets.

Some municipalities are currently having such a difficult time with government water standards that they are beginning to add ammonia to already chlorinated water to increase ratings. This is a problem because chlorine (also known as household bleach) plus ammonia produce a deadly gas that is a known carcinogen. So much for another futile attempt to solve the pure water problem. Our answer is to buy bottled water (expensive and inconvenient) or invest in your health with a good reverse osmosis unit.

Bottled water can be delivered to the home or office in sturdy five-gallon bottles and, while expensive, will at least be free from plastic seeping into the water, a serious problem when using more flexible containers. And by the way, when we drink milk, juices, and especially “fresh raw juices” from flexible plastic, we are, without a doubt, drinking beverages laced with toluene leaching.

Keep in mind that all toxins are cumulative, silently invading cells moment by moment through the water we drink and bathe in, through food, sunscreen and body lotion, as well as the very air we breathe. we breathe

The human body is 75-85% water, the basis of blood, lymph, spinal fluids and saliva. They are the fluids in your joints and eyeballs and each of your 75 trillion cells. The human brain is approximately 95% water!

Drinking plenty of pure water may be the most important thing you can do for your health, for your life, says Dr. Batmanghelidj, a physician who spent more than twenty years researching the effect of rehydrating cells on curing disease. A water activist, he shared his message around the world until the day of his death. “You’re not sick, you’re thirsty” was his solution to any bodily malfunction. You can tell that you are already drinking a lot of “drinks”, which are mostly water. But it’s not the same. The body reads tea, coffee, juice, and milk as “food” and directs them through the digestive system as your cells die of thirst. Cells are tiny chemical-electromagnetic energy powerhouses that, with the addition of sufficient “free” water, produce hydroelectric energy for cellular repair. The body was designed like this. Dehydration wrinkles the skin, dulls vision, and slows down the thought process. The cells collapse and die. Dehydration can actually shut down organs, including the heart and kidneys, as cells atrophy. And old age is set years earlier than it should be. The fountain of youth can be just that: water, right under our noses at all times.

Overhydration?

Recently, newspapers and magazines have published data on athletes who collapsed and died because it was suggested that they drank too much water. The problem, “hyponatremia,” was excess fluid in the cells caused by an imbalance of sodium and potassium. Low sodium and potassium levels can also affect muscles by causing spasms anywhere in the body, including the heart, a muscle. The situation is easily remedied by replenishing electrolytes lost through perspiration and urination. Drinking large amounts of water flushes electrolytes/minerals from the body. A small amount of balanced salt (Himalayan, Celtic or Cell Salts/Bio-Salt) added to each quart of water will prevent hyponatremia. Ordinary table salt is not recommended because sodium and chloride, when not balanced with other minerals, are toxic to the human body. Sea salt is also not useful because the mineral balance for the human system and sea creatures differ.

For some, there is great concern about drinking too much water due to the frequent need to urinate. Therefore, they severely limit fluid intake, accelerating the aging process with telltale signs of a stiff and sore body, dry brain cells (the brain is 85% water), and, yes, a wrinkled face.

In his books, Dr. “B” goes one step further. During his years of working with patients, he discovered that chronic dehydration was the root cause of 90% of major illnesses, including arthritis, allergies and asthma, headaches, heartburn, diabetes, and angina . He also experimented with pain relief by having patients drink three or more glasses of water when experiencing pain, noting that the pain was often gone in as little as eight minutes.

Dr. “B” further states that we cannot depend on feeling thirsty before drinking water. When the mouth feels dry, he says, it’s often an indication of severe dehydration. It is extremely important to drink “free” (unflavoured) water at the rate of half your body weight in ounces of water. This is repeated over and over again in his writings.

You may be drinking a lot of water and still be dehydrated. Three quick checks to help you decide: 1) always thirsty 2) a pinch of skin pulled up on the back of your hand or arm, when released it only slowly returns to normal 3) the body takes time to repair itself. Research tells us that cell membranes are often damaged preventing osmotic action, which occurs through normally porous cell membranes. Therefore, proper cellular hydration is impossible.

So far, through intuitive research, five damaging factors have been discovered: scarring from chaotic electrical radiation and toxins, calcified membranes and cell membranes clogged by trans fatty acids, or yeast buildup from an overly acidic body. It is imperative that these factors be reversed, since, as we have learned, without hydroelectric output from fully hydrated cells, full cellular repair cannot be completed. Each of the 75 trillion cells in the body is a small “battery.” A perfect battery in every other way, without enough water it won’t start your car’s engine or amplify hydroelectric power to complete your body’s healing process. And we wonder why some people never get better!

Back to basics and beyond

Getting back to basics is where we seem to be headed. And you really can’t get more basic than water. “In the beginning”, the earth was covered with water, and in the beginning so were we – in water. It was amniotic fluid, hopefully pure due to the mother’s conscience to keep her system clean.

The simple idea discovered by Dr. “B”, of drinking sufficient water because the healing of the body is more important than anyone would have dreamed. Unfortunately, Dr. “B’s” research has not been perceived as relevant by the medical community. Second, the type of water is equally important. Tap water and distilled water will not give the results of purified water, nor will all the new clever “designer waters” that have been processed with electricity and therefore electropolluted.two Spring water or reverse osmosis (RO) water are still the best options for better health.

The final missing piece in this wellness puzzle may well be the advent of quantum healing using water-based formulas. Alternative medicine received a huge boost with this cutting-edge technology that allows toxins to be neutralized at the cellular and molecular level.
