In this day and age when society goes to great lengths to accommodate people, it didn’t seem like such a ridiculous request.

Replace plastic containers, bottles, and kitchen/food utensils with metal, glass, and wooden containers.

Buy a heavy-duty spinner for your drinking water.

Buy natural toilet paper.

Just make one change a week and you’ll reap the benefits of higher testosterone levels over time.

As an added tip, practice intermittent fasting to cleanse your body of toxins and boost your testosterone levels.
