Olivera in Mirasol – Exquisite country houses

Olivera is a Mirasol neighborhood of Mediterranean-style single-family homes located within the exclusive Palm Beach Gardens Country Club in Mirasol. Mirasol Country Club, a Taylor-Woodrow development, is our newest golf and country club located on PGA Boulevard, near other clubs such as Old Palm, PGA National, and BallenIsles.

Mirasol is a luxury planned development with 2 golf courses, a large 50,000 square foot clubhouse, a 17,000 square foot “Esplanade Sports & Fitness Center” with lap pool and poolside dining area and 15 tennis courts, a 5 mile trail that winds through nature reserve areas and nearby county park. The houses in Olivera are located on Olivera Way, which is located between holes 11 and 12 of the “Sunset” course, one of the two golf courses in Mirasol. You may have street or lake views from one of these homes and Olivera Way ends at a dead end, so some of the homes will have no neighbors to the west and you can see hundreds of acres of nature preserve.

The homes are 3- and 4-bedroom floor plans with between 3,000 and 4,000 square feet of living space and most were built between 2003-2004.
