Earlier this summer I had a lovely time discovering what a kidney stone episode is. I am so grateful for the kind and compassionate care of my husband, BFF, and the clinical staff at our local ER. I am happy to say that I came out of an excruciatingly painful situation with a smile. (sounds like my divorce) I even received a deep “AH HA”, please indulge me for a moment.

mustard seed vs. kidney stones

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the main event.

In this corner, defending its title as the most powerful molecule, also known as “Faith Incarnate”, we have the infamous Mustard Seed…

“Mustard seeds are the small, round seeds of various mustard plants. The seeds are typically 1 to 2 millimeters (0.039 to 0.079 inches) in diameter and can be yellowish-white to black in color.” -Wikipedia-

The Christian faith has used the mustard seed to represent how tiny our faith (love) must be to create miracles in our lives and in the lives of others. “Truly I tell you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain: ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” -VIN Matthew 17:20-

…And in this corner we have bile in crystal form, known to bring men to their knees, Kidney stone…

“The smaller the kidney stone, the more likely it is that it will go away on its own. If it is less than 1/5 inch (5 mm), there is a 90% chance that it will go away without further intervention. If the stone is between 5mm and 10mm, the chances are 50%.” -Wikipedia-

Kidney stones, according to Messages from the Body by Michael J. Lincoln, Ph.D., are “Raging Despair.” “There is a huge reservoir of unshed tears, fears and sadness arising from old issues that should have been released but instead have been held on to. They are also building up resentments and holding grudges in such a way that they result in crystallizations of their anger in the shape of the stones.

All nonsense aside, we’re talking about millimeters here! Molecules of Emotional Energy powerful enough to move a mountain or bring down the biggest, strongest, and/or most focused person you can imagine. As my soul sister said, “until the day I am able to levitate and no longer need food to live, the only way to get out of a kidney stone episode is with super strong intravenous painkillers.”

The vibration of faith (love) when put to use can change a person’s life in the most powerful way. Let me add here, that this same vibration of love can change our outer world.

The vibration of anger (fear) when left unchecked can change a person’s life in the most powerful and devastating way. Likewise, fear can destroy our outer world.

It’s our choice, a 2mm seed of Love or a 2mm seed of Fear? Today I am going to shed the tears that need to be shed and let go of the fears and sadness of old problems and go out and plant my seeds of love. Won’t you join me

I wrote this fact in the early summer of 2017. Today, August 21, 2017, I realized that our country and the world are experiencing a major episode of kidney stones. An episode of “Angry Despair”. It is time to lose resentments and grudges, and take the step to love for others. As a wise man said: “Turn off the news and love your neighbor”
