How Chris discovered a cure for tinnitus

Chris had doubts about whether chamomile tea would cure his cold, but since the tea was inexpensive, he decided to give it a try. Well after a couple of days he still had a cold but to his surprise his tinnitus was completely gone.

After a few days, Chris decided to go a day without tea, but the tinnitus returned in the evening, so he had more tea and then found that it was gone again the next morning.

While Chris stumbled upon this cure, it wasn’t really a surprise as he sees that chamomile contains chrysin, which is a flavonoid that has been shown to have an anti-inflammatory effect that helps with tinnitus. Additionally, chamomile is also known to relax muscles and cause sedation, which can help relieve blood pressure and stress. Both conditions are known to be a factor in some cases of tinnitus.
