Create Your Google Profile – A Great Strategy For Social Media

Google has created this thing called the Google Profile, which is their way of centralizing your data. It looks like they are potentially building it as a social network, and people can add it at least as contacts, friends, or fans. You really never know what’s going on at Google – they throw a bunch of things against the wall to see if they stick and work.

But it seems like it’s a good thing, potentially because of that, but it also shows up at the bottom of the page when someone searches for your name, which is good! Because you are leading people through YOUR contact information to get to you, unlike other people who control your contact information.

Once you do, you will log in with your Google or Gmail login and then enter your Google profile section. Here you can edit your profile, put photos, put contact information, and who can contact you and how they will do it.

First start by putting your name and nickname. You can put information about the place where you grew up and also the places where you have lived.

Every time you click a box to add something to the Places area, another box appears below it. This allows you to place it in many different places. In fact, I encourage you to stay in many different places, even if you have only lived there for a short period of time, such as an internship or something like that. Why would you want to do this?

For example, I only lived in Napa, California for 9 months, but I have it on my list. Someone from Napa California could contact me, or met me in Napa and may contact me in the future. This will let them know that it really is me.

You can put what you do, your current companies, companies you have worked for here. I have added. You can also add your current schools and the schools you attended.

You can write a short bio, and you can even put your super power on! Put something that you can’t find with Google. You can put in some other interests you may have, you can even put a bit of humor if you want.

At the bottom you can add links, so I have added my link here for Twitter and my Twitter username. As you add links, Google may add some other links that might be associated with your name and allow you to add them to your list.

Over time, you will build a good list, and I encourage you to add the URLs that you want to associate with your name: your Twitter, your Facebook, your LinkedIn, all the different types of social media memberships you have. You want people to easily contact you using this, plus you can also help Google understand and index the sites we have here as a result of doing this.

In the end, you will create a profile that will look like this. It will have information about you: it will have your sites and maps of the places where you have lived.

And at the bottom of a search page, as I mentioned before, when you search for your name, it will also put links for your profile there, in case someone is trying to find you, and this links to Google and allows people to find you. better.

Now, just a few things to keep in mind:

First of all, don’t include any information that you want to keep private. You certainly don’t want to include anything that could create a bad situation for you. Personally, I understand that there could be problems with potential “stalking” and that sort of thing. I chose that, since my information is available, on my other social media profiles, to put that information here; since it is elsewhere, you could also include it here.

And don’t include domain names that you don’t want to include or link to your name. You may have sites that you don’t necessarily want to be launched or connected to you, so you don’t want to include them here.

But with those few things you need to be careful of, I highly recommend that you do it, it seems to be a good thing, it seems to be something that could help you in the long run, as well as helping your search engine rankings. for your different sites that you have in your different profiles.
