What makes this model spectacular?

There is the 100Hz Motion Plus technology that reduces motion blur. It appears to be a good screen for gamers, as it displays a 1080p/24 video signal from a Sony PS3 without displaying any judder. And there’s the additional swivel-type table stand so you can set up your TV viewing system right out of the box.

In addition, there is the ‘Just Scan’ function that allows 1:1 pixel mapping in extraordinary detail. Settings can also be saved separately for each input. This model also accepts and displays 1920×1080 video signals in progressive format through VGA.

So is this a perfect LCD TV model?

Not quite, however. There seems to be a minor flaw in the glossy appearance of the Ultra Clear panel, as it reflects ambient light and causes glare. Highly accurate players may also notice a slight input lag. You can also see some cloudiness and patchiness in the backlight. Dither artifacts such as stuttering or shimmering around moving objects can also be seen.

But overall, this Samsung LCD TV is a markedly improved version of previous models. It may not be the best flat screen as of now, but we all know that the brand offers most of the best we have right now. Also, Samsung, being the leading brand of televisions, continues to provide its consumers with improved models with the latest and most advanced technology.
