The media has spent a lot of time in recent years talking about bird flu, now it has turned into swine flu. Many people are afraid and many people ask how they can protect themselves. If you use essential oils (EC), eat healthy, and take care of yourself, you really should have nothing to fear. In fact, I tend to ignore these media reports until stakeholder questions hit my email box, then I have to stop and remember that others are still afraid and the best way to get rid of fear is to have understanding. .

According to Dana Clay Young, a world-renowned essential oil (EO) expert and developer of the Spice for Life formula, every time someone asks you about this pandemic or pandemic scare, your answer is pretty much the same: “There are four oils that you should never, ever run out – Spice for Life, Rosemary, Eucalyptus and Peppermint. These oils have the largest and longest scientific record showing antiviral and antibacterial properties. ” Hearing him lately, I would feel safe thinking that he would now add a fifth EO to his roster, Black Cumin. Spice for Life Be Young EO Blend is an oil that has been tested and proven against the avian flu virus. Swine flu is a virus similar to the bird flu virus, so this is still the EO you should look for first.

  • Spice mix for life eo It consists of the following EOs: cinnamon, tangerine, lemon, lime, cloves, nutmeg, black cumin, eucalyptus radiata, ravensara, thymus vulgaris and oregano. The EO Spice for Life blend helps boost the immune system, especially the respiratory system. Much research has been done on Spice for Life to show that it kills bacteria and viruses. When cinnamon, cloves, lemon, and eucalyptus are mixed together, they have been shown to kill up to 99.968% of airborne bacteria in clinical tests! This has been shown in several different blind tests at several different universities: Weber State, Georgetown, Baylor, and others.
  • RosemaryEO fights infection and helps the body expel excess mucus. It promotes cell metabolism, stimulates cell renewal and helps reduce cellular inflammation. Promotes lymphatic drainage and tones the entire body.
  • Eucalyptus The main action of EO is to open the lungs and heal the body. It is antiviral and is an effective expectorant and decongestant. When inhaled or rubbed into the chest, it loosens up bronchial secretions so they can cough up and expel.
  • MintEO stimulates white blood cells to strengthen the immune system against infections, detoxifies and activates lymphatic flow and drainage.
  • Black cumin EO strengthens the body from the grassroots level; increases bone marrow cell production by up to 250%. It helps to drain the lymphatic system and helps the liver. It increases and strengthens the immune system and helps the body increase its intake of zinc. It also helps to expel mucus.

How should you use these EOs to protect yourself?

  • Diffuse–especially near doors that people enter and exit and when they go to school and work (to protect themselves) and when they return home (to kill whatever they have brought home). risky place or if you have children who attend school, that you have a personal diffuser collar to protect you throughout the day.
  • Apply topically to the soles of the feet or brushing them with the body. Wow, if you want to feel invincible, brush your body with Eucalyptus! (Note: Mint and Spice for Life are too hot, do not brush your body with them.) You can also add any of the above oils to some carrier oil (1/2 teaspoon of carrier oil and 1-3 drops of EO) and then rub your chest to help strengthen the respiratory system.
  • Take internally in a capsule or make a tea with 1 teaspoon of raw honey, mix 1 drop of your EO of choice with the honey, then add it to the hot water. Unless you are sick, you only need to take one drop of any of the above-mentioned OCs per meal. For example, have a drop of Spice for Life with breakfast, a drop of Rosemary with lunch, and a drop of Black Cumin with dinner. You should have a drop of peppermint in the morning with your liver cleanse, and then you can brush your body with eucalyptus before you shower and you will have used all these oils in one day! (Note: NEVER take an EO internally that is not EOBBD tested, such as Be Young’s EOs. Many oils contain synthetics and extenders that can cause harm, especially if taken internally).
  • Soak in the tub with 1/2 cup of Epsom salts (1/4 cup if you are diabetic or have a weak constitution) mixed with 3-5 drops of eucalyptus. Then add the salt to the hot water and swirl the water to dissolve the salt. Remember, always rinse after soaking in salt water, as salt helps attract toxins to the surface of the skin and into the water. You don’t want to reabsorb those toxins.

If you don’t know how to make a tincture, it’s pretty easy. It takes some time, not much of your time, but they have to sit for several weeks. I make a great plague tincture that I created. Something to consider: Many immune boosters will keep putting pressure on your immune system, constantly keeping you on high alert. This is not good. It’s like echinacea, yes, it’s wonderful if you’re battling a cold, but don’t want to use it all the time.

One of the wonderful things about ECs is that they even out things on your body. For example, if you are diabetic and take insulin, you need to make sure your blood sugar doesn’t drop too low and you always have something on hand to raise or lower it. You don’t really have to monitor an EO; it won’t lower the sugar too much or raise it too high. (Of course I assume you are using common sense, a few drops of EO is all you need, most of the time you only need one drop, assuming you are using a pure EO with no extenders, such as Be Young EO.) Regardless Whatever you’re doing, be sure to do your liver cleanse – it’s so hard to stay well when your liver is off!
